Yahweh Assisted Living was truly sent from heaven above. God is the Founder and I, Porchia Brown,  the Co - Founder and Administrator here at Yahweh Assisted Living. About a year ago, I was working as an LPN and attending nursing school to advance my studies and become a Registered Nurse. I was just one semester away from graduating when I withdrew because God had other plans for me. I had to surrender my will to follow HIS will. It was both difficult and easy at the same time— easy because I felt a relief from studying, but difficult because becoming a Registered Nurse had always been my dream. What I didn't realize was that HIS purpose for my life was far greater than I could have imagined.

I started out thinking small, but God began to reveal something much bigger. My faith had to grow quickly to align with what He was showing me. Stepping out on faith and giving birth to this business became the true goal. Yahweh Assisted Living is not just a business — it’s a ministry. It is an honor to provide care, love, respect, integrity, and faith to others. Yahweh Assisted Living exists to glorify God through the care and love we provide. We are committed to honoring our elders and making them feel at home — even when they’re not at home. Meeting their needs and bringing them joy in every aspect of life is our duty.
